DOBAO

Dobao is a DJ, musician and music entrepreneur with more than 10 years in the scene. After founding Highlife, the most emblematic disco and house party of the last decade in Buenos Aires, he has continued evolving creating Bonaire, the first boutique festival concept in Argentina, and BeatBlox, a virtual music platform which connects artists and music lovers through blockchain in the Decentraland metaverse.

His music connects frequencies from 80s synth wave with disco and house, along with a passion for Latin elements and original vocals as we can appreciate in his first album Dobaismo, released in 2022, which has garnered support from CC:Disco, Trujillo, Danielle Baldelli, and DJ Rocca, among others.

He has played in clubs like Black Flamingo (NYC), Debonair (Paris), Underground (SF), Afrika (Buenos Aires), ODEM (Bogota) and festivals like Bourdeaux Open Air (BDX) among others, sharing the stage with artists like Selvagem, Carrot Green, ESA, Cody Currie, Ray Mang, BOSQ, Rahaan and Eric Duncan among others.

Dobao always provides a powerfull good feeling balearic, disco-funk and house journey with many surprises while his dj set and his live improvisation connects.
